BARTELS is your flexible partner for the assembly of customised wire ropes - from individual parts to series production. Our customised solutions serve prototypes, functional samples as well as extensive series production. In the railway technology sector in particular, we manufacture wire ropes with end terminations according to customer requirements. Our portfolio includes special wire ropes with extra-short threaded terminals for confined installation conditions and high-strength stainless steel tension rods with compression heads (rods) with variable connection configurations and special lengths of up to 20 metres. We also offer thimble pressings - copper pressings for stainless steel wire and aluminium pressings for galvanised wire - customised current connectors and special bowden cables in individual lengths, diameters and connection variants.

Bartels - Your expert for wire rope processing and assembly

BARTELS - your expert for wire rope processing and assembly. We process stainless steel wire ropes in diameters ranging from 2 to 10 mm. By rolling on a wide variety of end connections, we produce ready-to-install components for a wide range of requirements. We manufacture stainless steel terminals of all designs on two stationary and three mobile machines. Using flexible processes, we realise quantities ranging from individual parts to several thousand economically. We are happy to work with you to develop the optimum combination of wire and terminal for your application. You can rely on our many years of experience in wire rope technology.
